Great service & food

Delish. And not all the same dishes you've seen before (a couple new ones to me, anyway).Little chicken dumplings, glass noodle dish, both excellent.

Just stopped in to try Lanna Thai since the new owners took over. The food was Divine ( Amazing would be an understatement) and they were very friendly. Every sauce and dish had distinct exciting flavor. The restaurant is clean and the prices are extremely fair for the portions. We will be back!

The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is always prompt and friendly.

I love this place!! It's one of the only options in the area for Thai, but the food never disappoints! It's always the same lady running the entire front of the restaurant, and sometimes it does get a bit busy, but she is so nice about it and is obviously trying to get to everyone asap.

Excellent hole in the wall....very clean great penang curry.. great atmosphere. .really should keep it secret .so it stays the small intimate joint that l have learned to love

Good food even for me who has not eaten much thia food. Small but attentive. Enjoyed dinner and description of dishes is adequate so you know what you are going to be trying

This just reopened under new management on Thursday April 2, 2020. The new owners had signed a contract before the virus hit. Since I love Thai, I thought I would do what I could to help them. Am I happy I did. They are excellent. I pray they won't go under. I usually judge a thai rest. by their Pad Thai and theirs was great. I also had the green curry which was outstanding. Portions were very good. I also tried the tempura and they were very flavorful but because it was take out and covered, it lost its crispness but again had great flavor. I hope you will help them out. I'm afraid we will lose them. They are a hair more expensive then others but I will definately go back

Good location in the Laconia area. Easy parking. Small restaurant with one waitstaff. Patience required on busy evenings. Food is good but I find the flavors are not as strong as at the other Thai restaurants I frequent. Portions are also smaller than one might expect.

last night was the first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We had a good time with the excellent service, with the great meal and booze and with the honest cost. We will absolutely visit there in a short time.

I admire this place a lot. It has a great atmosphere. The kitcen is splendid. the service is powerful and the stuff is trained. The price is modest. truly recommend.

Great Pho and tempura crab roll

The place is very small,but quiet. Inside isn't too exciting but it is some of the best food I've ever had. Staff is very friendly and welcoming! Quick too! I always recommend!!

Good food, but portions were really small. Two slices of ginger per roll of sushi. The lemon grass chicken was a bit of chicken with gravy and the service wasn’t good at all.

Seriously the best sushi in the area. Next day still tastes more fresh than the other restaurants offering sushi around here. Definitely give it a try!

Yummy and nice selection and super help, very accomodating and pleasant~ worth going to for delicious food and comfort!

Delicious food! Best of all they easily switched out ingredients to make our meal vegan without any fuss or attitude. Highly recommend! And get the golden puffs, yum!

Lanna Thai is open during the shutdown and has new owners who are trying to keep thier restaurant in business. I had take out and the portions are larger than the old LT. The Pad Thai was delicious and had plenty of plump shrimp in it and my Tom Yum soup was good and spicy. My wife enjoyed the Pineapple Fried Rice. Help the new owners survive this terrible downturn and give them some business. You'll have an enjoyable meal and help keep open the only Thai restaurant in Laconia.

I ordered pad thai, pad se ew, crab rangoons and two different sushi rolls. Everything was delicious. I really hope these guys make it through this because it's my favorite restaurant to visit.

The best Thai around, service is excellent and the place is very cute. We been coming here for years, always very consistent. Strongly recommend it!

Good Pra RamI visited Lanna to pick up some take out a bit back and it was a good experience. I ordered Pra Ram and Crab Rangoon. The Pra Ram sauce was spot on. I have found that some places make the sauce to bland and runny, and others make it way to thick and sweet. Lanna hit it right on. They were also happy to substitute a vegetable that I did not like. My only complaint here was the lack of meat in the dish, i would have liked to not have to search high and low for the chicken.The crab rangoon was good, the thin wonton wrappers that I have found typical of Thai places (I wish Chinese restaurants would use them. They do not set up rock hard 5 minutes after they are removed form the oil). My only suggestion here would be to add a bit of sweet coconut milk to the filling as it makes it a bit more of a Thai dish, and is delicious.Overall a great meal, I look forward to sitting down to eat here as the staff seemed very friendly when picking up my food.

Service was wonderful and friendly. Fun staff and quick on order delivery. Only knocked it down a star due to lack of public restrooms. Loved the food and the atmosphere!

I just ordered a few dishes off the old menu. I was told that there are now new owners, and some items would not be the same. I wanted to say the food was amazing!! Not dissapointed at all. Very happy. Thank you so much. I will be back regularly. Great great job!!

This place pretty much had the best food I've ever had. And I'm not taking about just Thai food, just best food I've had in general. The place was very charming, the food was out of this world, and the service was top notch. I would recommend to anyone.

Food was great. Waitress was pleasant and very funny. We all had a good time. I'll definitely be back. The only negative is portions are unusually small.

Messed up 3 things on my order. Not the greatest experience. Waitress never came to see if we needed anything. Food was good but not for the price we paid. $75 for 4 people????? Not very happy :(. And the play room didnt help my experience.

Food is cheap but delicious and the wait staff is attentive and funny. I love this place it is a hidden gem in Laconia.

A great little hole in the wall restaurant. Don’t let the looks of the outside fool you. The inside is very clean and tastefully decorated. Food is fresh and delicious. My table ordered Thai spring rolls, Kanom-Jeep (homemade steamed dumplings) for appetizers. Shared entrees of basil fried rice with pork (cooked to spicey as requested) and a chicken and spinach entree from the Chef’s Specials list. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. Service very good in spite of one person managing entire front of restaurant. If you are dining in it can get busy and patience is key. I look forward to a return visit. It does have a limited beer and wine selection but they offer several non alcoholic beverages including several types of Thai teas.

This place is amazing. I always go here but have never done a review until now. I have nothing but good things to say about this. I have tried the Pad Thai, the pad see ew, the pad woonsen, the spring rolls, the summer rolls, the phò soup, the miso soup, the crispy wontons, the drunken noodles and the noodle dish with duck in it and I have yet to find a dish that isn't amazing. The owner works very hard to make sure that you are happy and this place is very clean out on the floor and in the kitchen, which is better than every other foreign restaurant in this area (I will not name any names on this review!) I would give more reviews on other dishes served here, but it's hard to try other dishes when I keep getting stuck on my favorite ones so far which has been what I have listed above! I plan on trying most everything on this menu. Wonderful service.

Another one of my favorite haunts in Laconia. Doesn't look like much from the outside but this restaurant serves amazing food. Definitely recommend.
